Who we are
This website is run by Muno Marketing Limited, registered in England and Wales, company number 17209641, at Office 9, 107 York Road, Birmingham B28 8LH. We are the data controller for the information described here. You can reach us at info@munomarketing.com or on 0121 485 0145.
What we collect
- When you book a call, the booking is handled by Calendly. We receive your name, email address and anything you choose to write in the booking form.
- When you message us on WhatsApp, ring us or email us, we see your number or address and what you send.
- If you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics tells us which pages were visited, roughly where visitors came from and which buttons were pressed. We can't see who you are from this.
Why we use it
We use your details to reply to you, arrange and hold the call you asked for, and, if you become a client, to do the work. That is our legitimate interest in answering an enquiry, or steps you asked us to take before a contract. Analytics only runs if you agree to it, and we use it to learn which pages help people get in touch. We don't sell your information and we don't run advertising cookies.
Who else handles it
Calendly (bookings), Google (Workspace email and, with your consent, Analytics), WhatsApp (messages) and Netlify (website hosting). Some of these process data outside the UK under standard data protection safeguards.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that don't go anywhere are deleted within 12 months. Client records are kept for as long as the law requires for accounts and tax, usually six years. Analytics data is kept for 14 months.
Cookies
The site sets no cookies unless you press Accept on the cookie message. If you do, Google Analytics sets cookies named _ga and _ga_*, which last up to two years. Pressing Reject, or having Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control switched on in your browser, keeps analytics cookies off. Calendly may set its own cookies on the booking page, where its calendar is embedded. You can change your cookie choice at any time, or clear cookies in your browser.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Email info@munomarketing.com and we will reply within a month. If you are unhappy with how we handled your information you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
